The APPG on Poverty is delighted to be joined by Helen Rowe, author of Eliminating Poverty in Britain at our next official online meeting.
Helen will speak to several sections of her book and will explore the intersection between biology, poverty and politics and will highlight the latest scientific discoveries on the topic. She will then move onto how we can realistically eliminate poverty altogether and how a poverty elimination programme could be funded.
Our Co-Chairs David Linden MP and Baroness Lister will then open up the discussion and there will also be time for audience members to ask Helen any questions about the book and issues relating to poverty.
Make sure to sign-up for a ticket below and we hope to see you online on the 27th.
